Tonight for dinner, I made THESE pork chops, but served them on rocket, and I used maple syrup in place of honey. I figured that maple syrup goes beautifully with pork (and ham), and the slight smokeyness worked well with the mustard and richness of the cream. I will certainly make it with the maple again!
Not only is it a delicious meal, it is so quick to cook - from beginning to end, less than seven minutes, including getting everything out and putting it away. Rinse your rocket while the pork is cooking. Bang out the pork well so that it only needs a couple of minutes on each side. Rest the pork under foil while you do the sauce.
You will probably have leftover sauce in the pan. Do not despair - simply mop up with bread. You know you want to...
